This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through STAY MEDIA Marketplace (“Marketplace,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by STAY MEDIA INT’L.

STAY MEDIA Marketplace provides users with access to free and paid digital products, including but not limited to e-books, design templates, website templates, digital resources, downloadable assets, and productized digital services.

By purchasing or downloading any product or service from our Platform, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.


1. Nature of Digital Products

The majority of products offered on STAY MEDIA Marketplace are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, products cannot be physically returned once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available to the purchaser.

Products may include:

  • E-books
  • Design templates
  • Website templates
  • Digital resources
  • Marketing materials
  • Creative assets
  • Downloadable files
  • Educational materials
  • Productized digital services
  • Premium digital tools and resources

2. No Returns on Digital Downloads

Because digital products are immediately accessible and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, all sales are generally considered final.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Downloaded e-books
  • Website templates
  • Design templates
  • Digital resources
  • Creative assets
  • Marketing materials
  • Digital files
  • Membership downloads
  • Educational content
  • Any product that has been successfully delivered electronically

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

A. Duplicate Payment

A customer is charged more than once for the same product or service.

B. Product Not Delivered

The purchased product was not delivered or accessible due to a verified technical issue on our Platform.

C. Corrupted or Defective File

The delivered file is corrupted, damaged, or unusable, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

D. Incorrect Product Delivery

A customer receives a product materially different from the product purchased.

E. Service Not Delivered

A purchased digital service has not been started or delivered within the agreed timeframe due to circumstances solely attributable to STAY MEDIA.


4. Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Incompatibility with third-party software not specified in product requirements
  • Lack of technical knowledge required to use a product
  • Failure to use downloaded products
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • Products purchased during promotional campaigns, discounts, or special offers
  • Completed digital services
  • Custom or personalized services
  • Consultation services already rendered

5. Productized Digital Services

For digital services purchased through the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic design services
  • Website setup services
  • Marketing services
  • Content creation services
  • Branding services
  • Consulting services

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion.

Before Work Begins

Customers may request cancellation and receive a full refund.

After Work Has Commenced

Refunds may be partially granted based on the amount of work completed.

After Completion

No refunds will be provided once the service has been completed and delivered.


6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.

Requests should include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product or service purchased
  • Reason for refund request
  • Relevant screenshots or supporting evidence

7. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Estimated processing times:

  • Bank Transfers: 2–7 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–14 business days
  • Other Payment Providers: Subject to provider processing timelines

8. Free Products and Resources

Free products, templates, resources, and downloadable materials are provided “as-is” and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, compensation, or support guarantees unless otherwise stated.


9. Intellectual Property Protection

Customers may not request refunds after downloading, copying, distributing, sharing, reselling, modifying, or otherwise using digital products obtained through the Platform.

Any unauthorized distribution or resale of STAY MEDIA Marketplace products may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Revocation of access rights
  • Legal action where applicable

10. Policy Updates

STAY MEDIA reserves the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
